- 1 oz chilled earl grey tea (none of that instant stuff)
- 1/2 oz honey syrup (equal parts honey and hot water, cooled)
- 1/4 oz lemon juice
- Optional: your best British accent
What happens when a proper English tea party collides with happy hour? This sophisticated sipper, that's what. The Hibiscus Tea Martini is for when you want to feel posh but also need something stronger than Earl Grey to deal with your day.
This isn't your grandmother's tea party companion - unless your grandmother was a particularly fabulous spy. The earl grey tea adds a bergamot punch that plays surprisingly well with the hibiscus vodka, while honey keeps everyone playing nice together.
Recipe:
- 2 oz Lockwood Distilling Hibiscus Flavored Vodka
